Therapeutic Massage
Swedish, integrative, connective, deep tissue, acupressure, reiki, reflexology, stretching, neuromuscular, and myofascial release techniques customized to meet your individual needs. A typical full body session will include work on your face, scalp, neck, shoulders, abdomen, back, hips, arms, hands, legs and feet.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)
Beneficial to almost everyone, MLD is not just for those with lymphedema. Some other conditions that can likely benefit from MLD work include:

Is MLD just light massage? No. MLD is a specific technique that is designed to increase the movement of lymphatic fluid in the body. The practitioner has received specialized training and is a Certified MLD Therapist (CMLDT).

Hot Stone Foot Wrap (This session needs to be set in advance.)
Hot stones, towels and essential oils come together to warm and thoroughly relax the feet that support you all day. Surrounded in warmth, each foot is given special attention to increase circulation and release built up tension.
